Green, White And Gold Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped broccoli
    2 c. chopped cauliflower
    1 medium carrot, grated
    1 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 stick margarine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. shredded medium Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine until clear; do not brown.
    Add cream of chicken soup; blend well.
    Mix all other ingredients.
    Place in an 8 x 8 x 2-inch casserole dish.
    Cover top with shredded cheese. Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
    Serves 8.
