Chocolate Drop Oatmeal Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
3 c. plus quick oats
1 stick butter
1 c. plus coconut
1 c. plus nuts
1/2 c. milk

Preparation

Mix sugar, butter and milk.
Boil over hot flame until it reaches rolling boil that cannot be stirred down.
Add vanilla. Beat, add oats and any other extras.
Drop quickly on greased sheets to cool.
Makes 3 to 4 dozen teaspoon-sized drops.
