Pearadise Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pears, cored and chopped fine
    1 medium orange (unpeeled), seeded and ground
    1 medium lemon (unpeeled), seeded and ground
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/4 c. maraschino cherries, chopped
    1 (1 3/4 oz.) box pectin
    5 c. sugar
Preparation
    Combine fruits.
    Add pectin over high heat and stir to boiling.
    Add sugar and bring to rolling boil for 2 minutes.
    Stir after removing from heat.
    Ladle into hot, sterilized jars and seal.
