Mexican Black-Eyed Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Polish sausage
    2 cans Mexican stewed tomatoes
    1 lb. dried black-eyed peas
    salt
    pepper
    chili powder
Preparation
    Wash peas and put in Dutch oven.
    Add stewed tomatoes to peas and cover with water.
    Add salt, pepper and chili powder to taste. Cut Polish sausage into quarters and add to mixture.
    Cook until peas are tender.
    Serve over rice.
