Kentucky Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large onions, sliced in thin slices
2 green peppers, sliced in thin slices
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. regular rice
1 tsp. Accent (optional)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
1 can whole kernel corn
2 c. tomatoes
Preparation

Brown beef, onion and peppers in 3 tablespoons shortening. Arrange this and rice in layers with corn.
Mix seasonings with tomatoes.
Pour over casserole.
Bake covered 2-quart dish at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
