Swiss Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can green beans, drained
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. Accent (may be omitted)
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. Gulden's mustard
    1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1/4 c. minced onion, cook until soft in a little butter
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Melt 2 tablespoons butter and blend in flour, pepper, Accent (if used) and a little salt if desired.
    Remove from heat; add sour cream and mustard, stirring constantly.
    Heat but do not boil.
    Add beans, cheese and onions.
    Turn into a greased casserole.
    Top with toasted bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 20 minutes.
