Lemon Glazed Zucchini Muffins - cooking recipe

2 c. flour
2/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 c. shredded zucchini, not drained
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 to 3 tsp. fresh lemon juice
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease well or paper-line 12 muffin cups.
In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, nutmeg and lemon peel.
Stir in nuts and raisins.
