Oil Pastry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. milk
    salt
Preparation
    Resift the flour into a mixing bowl.
    Combine oil and milk without stirring.
    Add all at once to flour.
    Mix with a fork until well blended.
    Form into a ball and place on a sheet of wax paper.
    Place another piece of wax paper on top of the pastry and roll out into a circle large enough to fit the top of the 8-inch pie dish and hang over the edge by half an inch.
