Fresh Green Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. Wesson oil
    4 c. chopped green apples
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Sift
    flour,
    baking
    powder,
    baking
    soda,
    salt
    and cinnamon in
    a large bowl.\tAdd chopped apples, oil and vanilla; beat
    for 2 minutes at medium speed.
    Beat eggs; gradually add sugar.
    Fold egg mixture into apple mixture.
    Blend well. Stir in nuts.
    Bake
    in a tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 70 minutes, or until well done.
