Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. evaporated milk
1 (9-inch) pie shell (unbaked)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and beat well.
Pour into the pie shell.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
