Jill'S Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    2 c. plain flour
    pinch of salt
    4 eggs
    2 c. granulated sugar
    6 Tbsp. plain flour
    6 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice or ReaLemon
    1 Tbsp. lemon rind, grated (or dried)
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients with pastry blender and make a crust. Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Mix egg mixture and pour over crust.
    Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Sift confectioners sugar over while hot; cut into squares.
