Crab Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crabmeat
6 Tbsp. sweet butter
3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. tarragon
salt and pepper to taste
3 eggs
3 egg yolks
2 c. heavy cream
dash of nutmeg
4 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
1 prepared pie crust
Preparation
-
Fit pie crust into a 10 or 11-inch quiche or pie pan.
Prick bottom of shell and chill while preparing quiche filling.
