Pecan Cream Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

8 oz. cream cheese
4 eggs
6 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. corn syrup
3 oz. pecans, finely chopped
1 (9-inch) pie shell, unbaked
Preparation

Soften cream cheese to room temperature.
Cream together with one egg, 4 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
In another bowl, beat together corn syrup, remaining 1 teaspoon vanilla, 3 eggs and 2 tablespoons sugar.
Pour cheese mixture into pie shell. Sprinkle chopped pecans over cheese mixture.
Pour second mixture over pecans.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
