Heath Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. nuts
    2 sticks butter
    1 Tbsp. water
    6 plain chocolate bars (such as Hershey's)
Preparation
    Chop nuts; mix all ingredients except chocolate bars in a large pan.
    Boil gently until a candy thermometer shows \"hard crack\" stage.
    Pour mixture onto a greased cookie sheet. Immediately lay chocolate bars on the top.
    When they are melted, spread over all with a spatula.
    When cool, break up candy.
