Neiman-Marcus Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Betty Crocker butter pecan cake mix (no substitute)
    3 eggs
    2 sticks butter
    16 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
    1 box confectioners sugar
    2 pkg. sliced almonds
Preparation
    Mix cake mix with 1 stick melted butter and 1 egg.
    Past into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Go up sides of pan.
    Mix powdered sugar with 2 eggs, 1 stick melted butter and cream cheese and beat.
    Pour over first layer.
    Sprinkle with almonds.
    Bake in oven at 300\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
    Cool until firm.
