Lemon Yogurt Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    2 c. lemon yogurt
    1 Tbsp. lemon extract
    1 c. finely chopped almonds (optional)
Preparation
    Sift first 4 ingredients (stir in nuts).
    Set aside.
    Beat eggs in large bowl; add oil and sugar and cream well.
    Add yogurt and extract.
    Mix all ingredients by folding only until mixed. Spoon into 2 well-greased loaf pans or 1 large well-greased Bundt pan.
    Bake in preheated oven at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
