Upside-Down Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. catsup
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    3/4 c. milk
    2 beaten eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 small onion, diced fine
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    3/4 c. crushed soda crackers
Preparation
    Grease a meat loaf pan.
    Sprinkle brown sugar on bottom and pour catsup over it.
    Mix rest of ingredients.
    Shape into a loaf and put on top of catsup.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Spoon excess fat off halfway through cooking and again when done.
    Turn upside down on platter to serve.
