Lemon Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 c. oleo, melted
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
9-inch pie shell (uncooked)
Preparation

Combine flour and sugar in large bowl.
Add beaten eggs and oleo.
Beat until blended.
Stir in lemon juice, buttermilk and vanilla.
Pour into pastry shell.
Bake at 325\u00b0
for 45 minutes or until top is golden brown.
