Surprise Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups self-rising flour
    1 cup butter, room temperature
    1 cup sour cream
Preparation
    Sift and measure flour.
    Cut butter in flour with pastry blender.
    Mix in sour cream.
    Mix well and drop from tablespoon into greased muffin pans.
    Bake in 400 degree oven 10-12 minutes. Yields 48 small biscuits.
