Brown Rice, Chicken And Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 or 3 chicken breasts, skinned, or 5 or 6 chicken thighs, skinned
garlic salt to taste
pepper to taste
2 c. hot water
1 c. chicken bouillon cube
1 c. uncooked brown rice
1 c. sliced carrots (fresh, frozen or canned)
8 oz. sliced, fresh mushrooms
1 c. frozen peas
1/4 c. water
1 large pinch of marjoram
1/8 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. onion powder
Preparation

Place chicken pieces in microwavable baking dish and sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper.
Microwave on High for 15 minutes (or until done).
Set aside to cool.
