Adobo Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. soy sauce
5 to 8 peppercorns
1 pinch m.s.g.
1 pinch garlic salt
1/3 c. vinegar
1 bay leaf
chopped onion
Preparation
-
Skin chicken; put in mixture.
Simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour, turning chicken every 10 to 15 minutes.
Serve with rice.
(Use 3 to 4 good size pieces of chicken.)
