Carrot Ring With Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. diced, cooked carrots
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 c. peas
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Blend eggs, milk and salt.
    Stir in carrots and onion.
    Pour into 5 cup ring mold.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
    Unmold; fill with peas and top with butter.
    May garnish with parsley.
    Serves 8.
