Fat-Free Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. minced onion (optional)
2 c. fat-free meat drippings *, broth or bouillon, divided
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped mushrooms (optional)
Preparation

*To make fat-free meat drippings, refrigerate juices from cooked meats.
Skim the fat off the top of juices and discard. Use the fat-free juices for gravy or seasoning vegetables.
