Schuler'S Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta
    1 stick margarine
    1/3 c. horseradish
    3 oz. cream cheese
    3 Tbsp. sour cream
Preparation
    Heat Velveeta and margarine over low.
    Stir together when melted.
    Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients.
    Store in plastic tubs or crock jars.
    Cool.
    Great with Ritz crackers.
