Layered Strawberry Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. graham cracker crumbs
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. reduced-calorie margarine, melted
    1/2 c. water
    4 eggs
    1 (16 oz.) carton low-fat cottage cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. instant dry milk powder
    1/4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/8 tsp. salt
    4 c. fresh strawberries, washed and hulled
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. unsweetened orange juice
Preparation
    Combine cracker crumbs, 2 tablespoons sugar and margarine. Press evenly into bottom of a 9-inch pan.
    Combine water, eggs, cottage cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, dry milk, flour, lemon juice, vanilla and salt in an electric blender.
    Process 1 minute or until smooth.
    Pour into crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Turn off heat and leave in oven 1 hour.
    Set aside to cool.
