Watergate Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (3.5 oz.) box pistachio instant pudding mix
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip
Preparation

Combine pineapple and pudding mix. Fold in Cool Whip and pecans; mix well. Chill at least 30 minutes. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
