Pumpkin Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground cloves
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin (No. 303 size)
    2 tsp. baking soda dissolved in 3 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    1 c. chopped nuts
    3/4 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Sift all dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
    Add oil, eggs, pumpkin and soda water.
    Add nuts and raisins.
    Pour into 3 lightly greased and floured coffee cans or bread pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
