Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. carrots, sliced
1 medium onion (optional)
1 green pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. salad oil
1 tsp. celery seed or 1 stalk celery, diced
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire
Preparation

Cook carrots until tender (about 20 minutes); drain thoroughly.
Mix all the ingredients with carrots; serve warm or cold.
