Tamale Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 doz. tamales with shucks removed
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can chicken a la king
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1/2 c. tomatoes with green chili or Ro-Tel
1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese
1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos
1/4 c. finely chopped bell peppers
1/4 c. onion
crushed potato chips
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In large greased casserole, place tomatoes in bottom of pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine chicken a la king, milk, tomatoes or Ro-Tel, cheese, pimentos, bell peppers and onion and mix together.
Pour over tamales, sprinkling with potato chips.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
