Deer Jerky - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. soy sauce
4 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. black pepper, use more for hotter jerky
1 Tbsp. curry powder, optional
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. McCormick Salt Free Garlic & Herb Seasoning
1 Tbsp. McCormick Salt Free All Purpose Seasoning
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Marinate the meat for 4 to 6 hours or overnight in covered dish in refrigerator.
Then drain. Place on dehydrator to dry for 8 hours.
