Farina Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 beaten egg yolks
    2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. farina
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. ground walnuts
    6 beaten egg whites
    1 large and 1 small container Cool Whip
    maraschino cherries
Preparation
    Mix the first 6 ingredients thoroughly, then fold in the beaten egg whites.
    Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake for 40 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven. Cool, then crumble.
    Put together in layers:
    Cool Whip, then crumbs, Cool Whip and crumbs.
    Cover with Cool Whip.
    Decorate with maraschino cherries and walnuts. Refrigerate overnight.
