Chicken Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken halves, diced
2 (15 oz.) cans kidney beans, drained
1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes (undrained)
1/3 c. chopped onions
1 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a 3 quart saucepan, breaking up the tomatoes.
Heat to boiling point, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chicken is white and the flavors are well blended.
