Chicken Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. chicken, deboned
2 oz. pimento
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 onion, chopped
1 pkg. uncooked noodles
1 c. milk
1 egg
bread crumbs
2 sticks butter
Preparation

Cook chicken until done.
Cook noodles in chicken broth.
Melt butter.
Add chicken, pimento, soup, onion, milk and egg in large bowl.
Fold in noodles.
Pour into baking pan.
Cover with bread crumbs.
Pour butter over bread crumbs.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serves 10 to 12 people.
