Chocolate Dip For Strawberries - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate chips
1/4 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. honey
1 c. or less light cream or half and half
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. or more brandy

Preparation

Heat together the honey, cream, vanilla and cinnamon.
Add chocolate pieces; melt.
Add brandy and mix well.
Serve with whole strawberries for dipping.
Banana slices, stemmed cherries or pieces of cake doughnuts may also be served for dipping.
