Saffron Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 small onion, peeled and chopped
    3 cloves garlic, mashed
    3 c. chicken broth
    1/2 tsp. crumbled saffron
    1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Heat oil in 2-quart saucepan.
    Saute onion and garlic until onion is soft.
    Add broth and saffron and bring to a boil.
    Stir in rice and salt.
    Cook over medium-high heat, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
    Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
    Turn rice and cook 10 minutes more.
