Mayonnaise - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg yolks
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. white-wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
dash of cayenne
up to 2 c. oil
Preparation

Blend all ingredients, except oil, in a blender.
Next, slowly blend in up to 2 cups of oil, depending on desired thickness.
The more oil, the thicker it will be.
Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
