Apple Turtle Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. chocolate graham cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
    1/4 c. melted butter
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sour cream
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 dashes nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. peeled, sliced apples
    1/3 c. salted pecans
    14 caramels + 1 Tbsp. water
    1/3 c. chocolate chips plus 1 tsp. shortening
    Rollo candies
Preparation
    Mix crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and nuts together.
    Stir in butter and blend well.
    Put in 9-inch spring-form pan to form crust.
    Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, eggs, vanilla and sour cream.
    Combine sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and flour.
    Toss with apples.
    Pour 1/2 cheesecake mixture into crust lined pan.
    Arrange 1/2 apples in concentric circle over cheesecake layer.
    Pour 1/2 the remaining cheese over apples.
    Arrange balance of apples over cheese layer and top with remaining cheese mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Cool, then refrigerate overnight.
    Arrange nuts on top of cooled cheesecake.
