Soul Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken wings
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 1/2 Tbsp. red pepper
    1 c. soy sauce
    1 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. water
    1/4 tsp. mustard
Preparation
    Arrange chicken wings
    in
    shallow
    baking
    dish.
    Heat butter, soy sauce, sugar,
    water
    and mustard until butter and sugar are melted.
    Season chicken with red pepper.
    Cool sugar mixture;
    pour over wings and marinate at least 2 hours.
    Turn once or twice.
    Bake at 375\u00b0
    for 1 1/2 hours.
    Place on paper towel to drain.
    Use Blue
    cheese
    dressing for dip.
    Serves 6 to 8.
