New Year'S Black-Eyed Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Polish sausage
    1 small box Minute rice
    2 cans tomato sauce
    2 cans black-eyed peas
    1 chopped onion
    1 tsp. oregano
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Slice sausage thin.
    Stir into tomato sauce.
    Add onion and spices.
    Cook 30 minutes on medium heat.
    Add rice and black-eyed peas.
    Continue to cook until rice and meat are tender.
