Cabbage And Smoked Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small cabbage
    4 carrots
    4 medium potatoes
    2 c. water
    1 lb. Hillshire sausage
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation
    Quarter cabbage and potatoes.
    Cut carrots in 1-inch pieces. Cook in water with Hillshire smoked sausage, cut in 1-inch pieces, until tender.
    Drain off vegetables, saving 3/4 cup broth.
    Mix flour, sugar, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper and cook until thick with 3/4 cup broth.
    Pour over vegetables and sausage.
