Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 c. oats
1 stick margarine
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
-
Pour boiling water over oats; let stand 20 minutes, then add remaining ingredients.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
