Prize Winning Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef
    1 c. tomato juice, Ragu sauce, ketchup or tomato soup
    3/4 c. Quaker oats, uncooked
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine all; press into ungreased Pyrex loaf pan.
    Bake in oven at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
    Can sprinkle Parmesan cheese before you bake.
