Spinach, Mushroom And Cheddar Frittata - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
12 oz. grated Cheddar
2 c. fresh chopped spinach
8 to 12 fresh sliced mushrooms
Preparation

Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
Grease a 10-inch pie plate.
Sprinkle mushrooms, spinach and cheese in pie plate.
Put milk, Bisquick and eggs into blender on high speed until smooth.
Pour mixture into pie plate and bake for 30 to 35 minutes (no longer).
It is important to let Frittata cool for 10 to 15 minutes in order to set.
Slice and serve with your favorite salad.
