Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
4 Tbsp. milk
3 Tbsp. molasses
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. rolled oats
Preparation

Mix together eggs, sugar, shortening, milk and molasses.
Sift together dry ingredients.
Add dry ingredients to egg mixture, add vanilla and oats.
Roll out and cut with a cookie cutter.
Don't roll too thin.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
