Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
2 c. chopped pecans, divided in half
Preparation

Combine the first 5 ingredients.
Add 1 cup of pecans and mix well. Refrigerate until firm, then shape into ball.
Roll in remaining pecans before serving and garnish as desired.
Serve with a variety of crackers.
