Crock-Pot Turkey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small turkey breast (frozen or thawed)
    1 c. water
    seasoning to taste
Preparation
    Place turkey breast in crock-pot.
    Add 1 cup water.
    Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
    Cook 12 hours on low setting. Meat will fall easily from bone.
    Place meat on platter.
    Strain broth and serve over rice.
