Scalloped Oysters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    2 pt. oysters
    1/2 c. oyster liquor
    salt and pepper
    hot sauce (optional)
    1 c. heavy cream
    buttered bread crumbs
    crushed crackers (Ritz or Town House)
Preparation
    Cover bottom of buttered baking dish with crushed crackers, then a layer of oysters.
    Dot with butter and seasoning.
    Make another layer of crumbs and another of oysters.
    Dot with butter. Pour the liquids over top; sprinkle with butter and bread crumbs. Bake for 25 minutes at 400\u00b0.
