Roasted Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. unpeeled small red potatoes, quartered
    1 c. Miracle Whip
    4 slices bacon, chopped and crisply cooked
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Place potatoes on a 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until potatoes are done and golden brown.
    Mix dressing, bacon, eggs, onions, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add potatoes; mix lightly.
    Serve warm or chilled.
    Makes 6 servings.
