Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 egg
1 can (16 oz.) solid pack pumpkin
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
Preparation

Combine sugar, oil and egg, blend until creamy.
Blend in pumpkin.
Combine flour, soda, nutmeg, ginger and cinnamon together and sift into egg mixture.
Beat until smooth.
Add chocolate chips, or nuts can be used instead.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes if using 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
If using 4 mini loaf pans, bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
