Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. yellow squash
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 eggs
    1 stick butter
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Boil squash until tender; drain.
    Add all ingredients, except half of butter and cracker crumbs.
    Stir and pour into baking dish.
    Add crumbled crackers; dot with remaining butter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes, or until brown on top.
